TXE Partners was founded in 2013 with a belief that experience in the field matters just as much as capital on the table. We’re operators at heart who work side-by-side with the businesses we acquire. Our focus is on established, privately held companies that have been built over years of dedication, often by founders who poured their lives into them. We see our role as helping those companies enter a new chapter- honoring their legacy while bringing the operational expertise, resources, and hands-on involvement needed to grow to new heights.

Our investment approach is guided by what we know best. We focus on industries where we have deep operational understanding, primarily the testing, inspection, and calibration (TIC) sector, as well as supporting product businesses and select light manufacturing tied to those services. Our goal is to be the acquirer of choice for owners in these spaces, bringing both a deep understanding of the work and a proven record of building on a strong foundation. We’re selective in what we buy because we want to make sure we can add real value, not just ownership.
